Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree typically required
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a high volume, full service restaurant
- independently resolves complex workplace challenges while maintaining composure
- demonstrates deep subject matter expertise and leads coaching effectively

- willing to work overtime as required

Job Duties

- manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and food costs effectively
- create banquet menus and design food presentations

- oversee banquet food preparation and display
