Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must obtain and maintain required certifications including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler’s Card
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and ensuring guest needs are met
- Know the menu thoroughly including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol guidelines to assist guests
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately while maintaining detail orientation
- Manage multiple tables simultaneously while keeping the dining environment clean and organized
- Handle payment transactions confidently following company and security protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area adhering to health regulations
- Sustain physical stamina by remaining active and attentive throughout shifts
