- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Must obtain and keep current certifications required by state regulations such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile and create warm, memorable dining moments
- Take accurate orders and ensure every guest need is met from start to finish
- Know the menu in detail including ingredients, dietary needs, and daily specials
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized service area
- Handle transactions and close checks following all company and security protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area adhering to hygiene regulations
- Stay energized and maintain endurance by lifting, bending, and moving throughout shifts
