Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Alcohol training certification (TABC) and food handlers training certification required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 10lbs
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Must have strong verbal and written communication skill
- Prior host experience preferred
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10lbs without assistance
- Must be able to work in various conditions, outside exposed to elements
- Flexible Scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have alcohol training certification (TABC) and food handlers training certification
Job Duties
- Greet and invite Riverwalk patrons to dine in restaurant
- Greet guests when entering the restaurant with a pleasant smile and superior customer service
- Seat guests by finding a clean, available table, pulling out chairs, and placing clean menu in front of guest
- Answer phone and record reservations in accordance to MOS standards
- Control high volume outside of restaurant
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety and well being of guests
- Assist servers when needed
- Thank every guest upon departure, invite them to return, and wish them a fond farewell
- Assist service operations
- Must have full familiarity with menus
