Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a food handling or barista role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a food handler in a similar environment preferred
- Previous experience as a barista in Starbucks or a similar setting preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and items on the menu
- Take and place order, serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
- Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house area, clear tables and counters
- sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests
- Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with necessary condiments
- Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
- Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders in designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish supplies and machines as needed
- Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority
- otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
