Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds independently and heavier with assistance
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to follow safety and security policies
- Availability to work full-time
- Commitment to maintaining clean and professional appearance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- Set tables according to type of event and service standards
- Answer questions on menu selections
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
- Relay additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to kitchen
- Record transactions in MICROS system accurately
- Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, and glassware
- Complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights
- Present accurate check to guests and process payments
- Follow safety and security policies and report incidents
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Ensure clean, professional uniform and personal appearance
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- Welcome guests and address service needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Support team goals and respond to employee concerns
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and moving items with assistance
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
