Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- ability to complete physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods
- capability to work full-time in a non-management role at Gaylord Opryland Resort

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and instruments
- clean all equipment and areas
- secure doors by locking them
- check with captain or supervisor before leaving the shift
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- remove dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of work areas, bar furniture, tables, and tools according to guidelines
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain a neat and professional uniform and appearance
- protect company information and property
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist the team in meeting common goals
- meet quality assurance expectations and standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds unassisted
- stand, sit or walk for extended periods or entire work shifts
- read and visually verify information in various formats
- manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, crawling, and stooping
- navigate inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and steps
- go up and down stairways and/or service ramps
- greet and acknowledge all guests per company standards
- speak clearly and professionally with others
- answer phone calls using proper etiquette
- perform other reasonable work tasks as requested by supervisors
