Job Duties
- Lead pre sales, lead generation, outreach and launch events for BODYBAR Tanasbourne
- Drive membership sales, retention and optimize overall studio performance
- Recruit, train and motivate a high performing sales and front desk team
- Build community partnerships and host local events to grow awareness
- Maintain an organized, polished studio that reflects the BODYBAR brand
