Job Requirements
- Willingness to work outdoors and endure physical labor
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work with other members of the crew
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50-60 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Two years in the foundation/construction field is preferable but will consider hands-on experience in other related fields
- Operate machinery, like a mini excavator
- Valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Use of manual and motorized equipment for digging pilot holes for installing piles on both residential and commercial jobs
- Drive work truck if needed
- Loading and unloading trucks such as equipment, hoses, steel piles
- Reliable transportation to get to the office/shop every day
- Able to lift 50-60 pounds
