Job Requirements
- associate degree or equivalent education
- two years of related work experience
- valid driver license
- ability to travel for off-site meetings and events
- completion of pre-employment physical and tuberculosis examination
- submission of official transcripts upon hire
- willingness to provide fingerprints as required by the district
Job Qualifications

- two years of experience related to event planning or similar duties
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
- experience in managing fundraising events
- knowledge of community college environments preferred
- valid driver license
Job Duties
- plan and execute fundraising and stewardship events including the annual gala, alum gatherings, scholarship ceremonies, and donor receptions
- collaborate with college departments and programs to support fundraising events and sponsorship outreach
- manage event logistics from conception to completion
- build and maintain relationships with donors, alumni, and campus community members
- represent the foundation at off-site meetings, trainings, and conferences
- assist in creating promotional materials and communication strategies for events
- monitor event budgets and ensure expenditures align with fundraising goals
