Job Requirements
- Former Delta pilot
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Former Delta pilot
- Chief Pilot experience
- Check Airman
- Extensive international flying experience including familiarity with global airspace, regulations, and operational procedures
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- Familiarity with Flight Operations infrastructure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Delta/DPS software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, DBMS, OSS
- Analytical thinking skills

Job Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for pilots regarding operational issues at ACC
- Support pilots during safety-related events, MCC coordination, and conflict resolution
- Facilitate cross-divisional communication within ACC to resolve operational challenges
- Liaise with CPO and other departments to ensure timely problem resolution
- Monitor operational communication channels to mitigate disruptions
- Analyze flight schedules and collaborate with ACS to identify and address operational impacts
- Monitor and assist with DOT 3/4 compliance
- Evaluate pushback delays for accuracy and identify operational trends
