Job Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Have at least 1 year of experience in event management, engagement, marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and teamwork dedication
- Be curious, proactive, self-starting, highly motivated, people oriented, and reliable
- Show ability to execute multiple priorities timely
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Willingness to travel and work evenings
- Prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embrace diversity in people, thinking, and styles
- Be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in event management, engagement, marketing, or related field
- Established organization skills and dedication to teamwork

- Demonstrated experience executing multiple priorities in a timely fashion
- Demonstrated ability of Microsoft Office programs

Job Duties
- Support Flight Operations Employee Engagement and DEI team in developing and executing innovative methods to enhance employee engagement and experience
- Support Flight Operations events strategy and coordinate event planning and logistics
- Assist in measuring success of events and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams including Flight Operations Communications, Propel, Pilot Outreach, and Training and Standards
- Anticipate challenges and plan appropriately to mitigate risks
- Maintain part-time work hours not exceeding 35 hours per week and not less than 10 hours per week
