Job Requirements
- Must be a current or former FAA Part 121 pilot with operational experience
- strong understanding of Flight Operations infrastructure and training systems
- excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- proficient in Office 365 and Delta/DPS software platforms
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles
- possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Provide curriculum, compliance, and training support to Flight Training initiatives
- collaborate with Flight Training support teams to complete assigned project tasks
- offer subject matter expertise and operational insight to training development and procedural reviews
- modify or develop new training materials based on operational needs
- monitor project progress and report status updates to Flight Training leadership
- review and provide feedback on standard operating procedures and training documentation
- perform specific duties as assigned by Flight Training management
