Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Prior experience as a Delta pilot
- Ability to prioritize safety and security

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Delta pilot
- Solid organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Flight Operations infrastructure
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Office 365 and other Delta/DPS software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for pilots on operational issues
- Provide support to pilots during safety related events and flights requiring MCC input or conflict resolution
- Coordinate cross-divisionally within the Operations and Customer Center (OCC) and Airport Customer Center (ACC) for operational issues
- Connect pilots with Chief Pilot Office (CPO) and other departments for problem resolution
- Monitor communication channels to mitigate operational impacts
- Analyze flight schedules and coordinate with Aircrew Scheduling (ACS) to identify flights that may alter operations
- Monitor and assist with Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance
- Assess pushback delays for accuracy and identify operational trends
