Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in flight operations or airline industry preferred
- Ability to work approximately 10-14 shifts per month
- Willingness to work in Atlanta General Offices or ACC location
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Basic understanding of FAA Part 121 air carrier operations
- Moderate to expert knowledge of specific operational areas
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to analyze flight schedules and operational data
- Experience supporting safety related flight operations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Familiarity with DOT 3/4 compliance requirements
Job Duties
- Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for pilots on operational issues
- Providing support to pilots during safety related events, flights that require MCC input, or conflict resolution
- Coordinating cross-divisionally in the OCC/ACC for operational issues
- Connecting pilots with CPO and other departments for problem resolution
- Monitor communication channels to mitigate operational impacts
- Analyze flight schedules and coordinate with ACS to identify flights that will alter our operation
- Monitor and assist with DOT 3/4 compliance
- Assess pushback delays for accuracy and identifying trends
