Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in flight operations or airline industry preferred
  • Ability to work approximately 10-14 shifts per month
  • Willingness to work in Atlanta General Offices or ACC location
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of FAA Part 121 air carrier operations
  • Moderate to expert knowledge of specific operational areas
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to analyze flight schedules and operational data
  • Experience supporting safety related flight operations
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Familiarity with DOT 3/4 compliance requirements

Job Duties

  • Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for pilots on operational issues
  • Providing support to pilots during safety related events, flights that require MCC input, or conflict resolution
  • Coordinating cross-divisionally in the OCC/ACC for operational issues
  • Connecting pilots with CPO and other departments for problem resolution
  • Monitor communication channels to mitigate operational impacts
  • Analyze flight schedules and coordinate with ACS to identify flights that will alter our operation
  • Monitor and assist with DOT 3/4 compliance
  • Assess pushback delays for accuracy and identifying trends
