Job Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Possess solid organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Flight Operations infrastructure
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for entry-into-service
- Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Demonstrate solid computer skills including proficiency with Office 365 and other Delta/DPS software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Have analytical skills to solve problems effectively
- Display problem-solving ability to make critical decisions following company procedures
- Have attention to detail to produce compliant and error-free work meeting deadlines
- Ability to work respectfully and professionally with diverse individuals
- Maintain honesty, integrity, and ethical standards while performing job duties

Job Duties
- Collaborate with the 737-fleet team to prepare for entry-into-service
- Ensure all manuals, training materials, and supplemental resources are developed, reviewed, and finalized prior to launch
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the fleet team, to align deliverables with project timelines
- Support coordination between departments to guarantee compliance and readiness for operational deployment
- Provide subject matter expertise on flight operations standards and documentation
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embrace a diverse set of people, thinking and styles
