Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency using scheduling software like Zenoti preferred
- Available to work up to 3 days per week including weekends
- Ability to work from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and passion for the beauty and wellness industry
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Zenoti scheduling software is preferred
- A positive attitude and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry
- Comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently
- Weekend availability required
Job Duties
- Warmly greet every client entering and exiting the clinic
- Manage check-in, check-out, and payment processes
- Provide accurate information about treatments, packages, retail, and promotions
- Address client questions professionally and courteously
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold SEV service standards
- Actively promote services, memberships, and retail products
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or upgrades
