Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of Part 121 flight attendant experience
- ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- strong communication skills
- passion for mentorship and training
- familiarity with safety and compliance standards
- train-the-trainer certification or willingness to complete specialized training
- based in Fort Worth, TX

Job Duties
- Facilitate classroom learning for new flight attendants
- conduct hands-on safety drills including evacuations, ditching, and firefighting
- provide constructive feedback to trainees
- support onboarding of new hires to adjust to airline lifestyle
- collaborate with operations leadership and safety compliance managers
- lead compliance audits and in-flight checks
- maintain training documentation and records
