Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods

Job Duties
- Greet passengers upon arrival at the terminal and utilize software for check-in process
- Collect, organize, and weigh baggage for pilots
- Ensure passenger comfort and keep passengers informed of flight delays
- Assist with pilot introduction, boarding calls, and baggage handling
- Facilitate smooth communication between passengers, aircrew, and the company
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
