- Greets passengers upon their arrival at the terminal and utilizes software for check in process
- Collects, organizes, and weighs baggage for pilots
- Ensures passenger comfort and keeps passengers informed of flight delays
- Assists with pilot introduction, boarding calls, and baggage handling
