Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- two or more years of prior forklift experience
- prior manufacturing exposure preferred
- solid computer skills with warehouse management systems
- ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times
- willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to complete online skills assessment
- strong english communication skills
- ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged
- two or more years of forklift experience with a solid safety record
- prior exposure to manufacturing, preferably in food or beverage industry
- solid computer skills including word, excel, outlook
- experience with warehouse management systems and sap business software
- demonstrated sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work independently or in a team with strong communication skills
- solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks multiple times during a 12-hour shift
- proficiency in english language for effective communication
Job Duties
- operate forklift safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- follow good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and safety protocols
- utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP software to track inventory and shipments
- collaborate with team members to meet production and distribution goals
- perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs multiple times during a shift
- work rotating 2-2-3 schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
- complete required online skills assessment prior to onsite interview
