Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related civil construction field
- Minimum 5 years experience in concrete repair
- Knowledge of concrete structural design and behavior
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to enforce safety and quality standards on site
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related civil construction field
- Minimum 5 years expertise in concrete repair field
- Experience in coatings, waterproofing, or cathodic protection is an advantage
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to compile and assemble detailed inspection and testing reports
Job Duties
- Perform and document inspections of concrete work to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, project execution plans, codes, and industry standards
- Communicate effectively, preferably in English
- Complete daily Foreman report and track and log daily site works
- Verify accuracy of reports and submit in a timely manner
- Enforce established job site policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Assemble data into reports and communicate results in writing and verbally
- Coordinate required paperwork and signoffs for owner acceptance
