Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related civil construction field
Minimum 5 years experience in concrete repair
Knowledge of concrete structural design and behavior
Effective communication skills
Ability to enforce safety and quality standards on site

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related civil construction field
Minimum 5 years expertise in concrete repair field
Experience in coatings, waterproofing, or cathodic protection is an advantage
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to compile and assemble detailed inspection and testing reports

Job Duties

Perform and document inspections of concrete work to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, project execution plans, codes, and industry standards
Communicate effectively, preferably in English
Complete daily Foreman report and track and log daily site works
Verify accuracy of reports and submit in a timely manner
Enforce established job site policies, procedures, and performance standards
Assemble data into reports and communicate results in writing and verbally
Coordinate required paperwork and signoffs for owner acceptance
