Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
experience driving a range of vehicles including manual transmission is a plus

Job Duties

Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude
answer their questions
direct them to the appropriate person or location
control service traffic flow and parking
determine if customers have an appointment
record customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage
assist service advisors when needed
maintain a clean and safe service drive area
maintain a professional appearance
place vehicle interior protection in each vehicle
tag keys and place mirror tags
move vehicles to appointed parking area ensuring windows are up and vehicles are locked
adhere to all customer service processes
fill in for shuttle drivers as needed
bring customers' vehicles to the front of the service drive when directed
ensure customer's vehicle is free of dirt and grease from their service visit
guide vehicles through the car wash
perform light lifting duties when needed
