Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- automotive industry experience is a plus
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management systems preferred
- strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

Job Duties
- greet customers in a professional and courteous manner upon arrival to the service department
- answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and schedule service appointments as needed
- assist with scanning and filing documents, work orders, and repair records
- provide ad hoc administrative support
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service reception area
- assist with key control and vehicle drop-off/pick-up procedures when necessary
- support the service team with data entry, record keeping, and report preparation
- handle customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism, escalating issues as appropriate
- perform additional clerical or administrative tasks as requested to support dealership operations
