Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • automotive industry experience is a plus
  • strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management systems preferred
  • strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

Job Duties

  • greet customers in a professional and courteous manner upon arrival to the service department
  • answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and schedule service appointments as needed
  • assist with scanning and filing documents, work orders, and repair records
  • provide ad hoc administrative support
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service reception area
  • assist with key control and vehicle drop-off/pick-up procedures when necessary
  • support the service team with data entry, record keeping, and report preparation
  • handle customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism, escalating issues as appropriate
  • perform additional clerical or administrative tasks as requested to support dealership operations
