Job Requirements

  • Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans including hybrid models
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission
  • Good, clean driving record
  • Valid driver license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Strong attention to safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service role preferred but not required
  • Ability to operate various vehicle types including cars, trucks, vans, and hybrid models
  • Valid and clean driver license
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Move and park service vehicles as needed
  • Communicate and provide superior customer service to service clients
  • Direct service customers to the appropriate advisor
  • Obtain basic information from vehicles to assist with the check-in process
  • Retrieve parts and supplies
  • Operate snow removal equipment
  • Wash exterior of vehicles
  • Vacuum interiors of vehicles
  • Perform janitorial tasks to keep service drive clean and presentable
