Job Requirements
- 3+ years of foodservice sales experience, ideally within meat, protein, or grocery-related categories
- Established network within foodservice distributors, brokers, operator and/or government contract accounts
- Proven sales growth and account management record
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Residency in Mesquite, TX or within commuting distance

- Established network within foodservice distributors, brokers, operator and/or government contract accounts
- Proven track record of sales growth and account management success
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Based in Mesquite, TX or within daily commuting distance
Job Duties
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand foodservice channel presence
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across smoked sausage, cooked proteins, and marinated meats
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships through consistent follow-up, performance tracking, and partnership-building
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and research and development teams to deliver customer-specific programs and solutions
- Maintain a strong understanding of category trends, pricing, and competitive landscape
