Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • hospitality experience desired

Job Duties

  • perform duties including plating, set up and tear down of cafe, restaurant, or retail dining areas
  • assist kitchen operations with prep, dish room, dry stock, and perishable food inventories
  • ensure sanitation and food safety standards are met
  • provide compassionate patient food service including meal selection assistance, tray setup, delivery, and removal
  • comply with patient dietary instructions under guidance of clinical dietitians
  • prepare and present meals following executive chef menus
  • manage inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • contribute to a hospitality-driven and team-oriented work environment
