Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • culinary training or hospitality experience is a plus
  • ability to perform food preparation and cooking duties satisfactorily
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • passion for food and customer service
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items on the grill according to recipes and standards
  • set up and tear down dining service areas including cafes, restaurants, and retail outlets
  • assist with food preparation and inventory management including dry stock and perishables
  • maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas in compliance with safety standards
  • collaborate effectively in a team environment while providing friendly and hospitable service
  • monitor portion control and inventory levels using basic mathematical skills
  • participate in catering event setup, service, and breakdown when assigned
