Job Requirements

  • Experience desired but willing to train candidates with a passion for food and understands the basics
  • Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning
  • Be willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily

  • Basic mathematical skills for inventory and portion control
  • Prior experience in foodservice or culinary preferred but not required
  • Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shifts with weekend availability

Job Duties

  • Prepare and plate food items according to standards
  • Set up and tear down dining areas including cafeterias and retail outlets
  • Assist with food preparation, inventory management, and sanitation tasks
  • Provide excellent guest service with a hospitality-driven attitude
  • Operate as a cashier, barista, or runner in retail dining settings
  • Participate in catering events including setup, service, and breakdown
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas
