Job Qualifications
- Hospitality experience desired
- Culinary schooling or cook experience ideal but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for inventory and portioning
- Passion for food and service
- Ability to follow dietary and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- Perform plating, set up and tear down of cafe, restaurant, retail areas
- Assist in kitchen prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
- Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
- Inventory and portion ingredients
- Ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions under Clinical Dietitian guidance
- Assist with meal selection, tray setup, delivery, and removal
- Deliver hospitality-driven service with compassion and a smile
