Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality experience desired
  • Culinary schooling or cook experience ideal but not required

  • Basic math skills for inventory and portioning
  • Passion for food and service
  • Ability to follow dietary and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Perform plating, set up and tear down of cafe, restaurant, retail areas
  • Assist in kitchen prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
  • Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
  • Inventory and portion ingredients
  • Ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions under Clinical Dietitian guidance
  • Assist with meal selection, tray setup, delivery, and removal
  • Deliver hospitality-driven service with compassion and a smile
