Job Duties
- Substitute for absent employees as needed
- Assist in plating, set up, and tear down of dining and retail areas
- Support kitchen operations including food preparation, dish room duties, and inventory management
- Ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are met
- Provide compassionate and attentive service to patients and residents in dietary roles
- Follow Executive Chef menus for food preparation and presentation
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive work environment
