Job Duties
- prepare and present meals following executive chef menus
- set up and tear down of café, restaurant, or retail dining areas

- ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions under clinical dietitian guidance
- deliver patient and resident meals with hospitality and compassion
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in foodservice areas
