Job Duties
- perform plating set up and tear down of café restaurant and retail areas
- assist in kitchen prep dish room dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
- prepare and present meals following executive chef menus
- assist with meal selection tray set up delivery and removal for patients and residents
- comply with patient dietary instructions under clinical dietitian guidance
- maintain strong hospitality and compassionate service in all interactions
- work effectively in a team environment
