Job Duties

  • perform plating set up and tear down of café restaurant and retail areas
  • assist in kitchen prep dish room dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
  • prepare and present meals following executive chef menus
  • assist with meal selection tray set up delivery and removal for patients and residents
  • comply with patient dietary instructions under clinical dietitian guidance
  • maintain strong hospitality and compassionate service in all interactions
  • work effectively in a team environment
