Job Duties
- Ensure all activities conform to company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with staff members
- React productively to change and handle tasks as assigned
- Support the mission statement of Trexcon
- Provide fast, friendly customer service
- Adhere to work schedules within budgeted hours
- Participate in training new employees
- Respond to requests from stores or upper management
- Receive products from approved vendors
- Attend mandatory team meetings
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Adapt hours to accommodate production peaks and lulls
- Adhere to all recipes and preparation formulas
- Operate equipment according to manufacturer regulations
- Comply with health and safety policies for food handling
- Practice proper hand washing and glove usage
- Maintain proper food temperature zones
- Store food appropriately by type
- Evaluate and remove outdated products daily
- Record product temperatures accurately on logs
- Take corrective actions for products in danger zones
- Process, produce, and package orders for delivery
- Verify vendor receipts against invoices
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Sweep and mop floors
- Empty trash, break down boxes, and take refuse to dumpster
- Record duty time properly
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
