Job Requirements
- HS diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of foodservice programs and operational policies and procedures
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to travel up to 10% locally
- Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift and move weights up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and detail oriented

- Associate's degree preferred
- Working knowledge of foodservice programs and operational policies and procedures
- Preferred experience as Kitchen Manager or Store Manager
- ServSafe certified

Job Duties
- Oversee the progress of foodservice initiatives, programs, goals, and projects with store operations including new foodservice program launches, management of existing programs, and special projects and test store initiatives
- Own the creation of SOPs for all food and beverage programs, regularly reviewing and updating to ensure that posted content is current and relevant for all field operators
- Develop oven settings for multiple makes and models and work with District Managers to ensure updates are made as needed including providing content for them to load onto machines in the field
- Support equipment innovation including troubleshooting, training, and managing the ordering and installation of test units in the Store Support Center and in stores
- Manage billing and invoicing for foodservice equipment projects and tests
- Act as a liaison to Health and Safety, working with Category Managers in evaluating product samples and vendor cooking recommendations to ensure compliance and feasibility in stores
- Own the foodservice training content library gathering inputs from category managers and working with the training team to build materials and delivery mechanisms
- Set up new items in ICC label maker to ensure accuracy in point of sale data at the store level
- Serve as a communication link between store teams, District Managers, Regional Managers, and corporate operations for foodservice-related matters
- Ensure compliance with company protocols and best practices for foodservice operations
- Compile and coordinate reports and surveys as needed for the Senior Manager, Foodservice Operations
