Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service preferred but not required
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work effectively under pressure
  • ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • assist in the prompt and efficient delivery of food orders to guests' tables
  • collaborate closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless food service
  • provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service areas
  • help with food preparation and plating when necessary
  • assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory
  • follow all safety and sanitation protocols
