- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and creativity in display merchandising
- basic math skills for inventory handling
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- take care of customers
- move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
- create seasonal display features to meet customer needs
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- ensure product availability and proper shelf stocking
- assist with inventory management and restocking
- collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
