Job Requirements
- ability to work part-time hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- meet minimum wage requirements applicable to the job location
- able to comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- willingness to perform physical work including lifting and standing
- basic proficiency in English for communication
- reliable transportation to Milledgeville, GA store location
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or merchandising experience a plus
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- basic math skills for inventory and pricing
- ability to work flexible shifts including mid and closing shifts
- capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and stocking
Job Duties
- take care of customers by providing assistance and answering questions
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor promptly
- create seasonal and promotional display features to attract customers
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- stock shelves accurately and efficiently
- collaborate with team members to meet store objectives
