Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or merchandising experience a plus
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- good communication and teamwork abilities
- basic knowledge of product handling and merchandising techniques
Job Duties
- move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor
- create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer
- ensure product quality and safety standards are met
- provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers
- maintain clean and organized work areas
- stock shelves and replenish products as needed
- support team members in daily operational tasks
