Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or merchandising experience advantageous
- ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and late evenings
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math and inventory skills
- ability to lift and move merchandise
- customer service oriented
Job Duties
- Move incoming merchandise to sales floor
- create seasonal display features
- engage in creative merchandising
- ensure product availability and presentation
- assist customers as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area
- adhere to safety and company policies
