Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or merchandising experience a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing
- ability to lift and move merchandise
- basic math skills for inventory tasks
- attention to detail in product presentation
Job Duties
- take care of customers
- move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
- create seasonal display features to meet customer needs
- ensure merchandise is attractively and effectively displayed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned area
- assist customers with inquiries and direct them to products
