Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work part-time including mid and closing shifts
ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting
reliable and punctual
compliance with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
basic math and reading skills
ability to follow safety and operational procedures

Job Qualifications

previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial
ability to lift and move merchandise
good communication skills
ability to work mid and closing shifts

Job Duties

move incoming merchandise to salesfloor
create seasonal and attractive product displays
ensure shelves are stocked and organized
engage with customers to provide assistance
maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the salesfloor
collaborate with team members to meet store goals
monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
