Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work part-time shifts including evenings
- meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements for the location
- comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- physical ability to perform merchant duties involving standing and lifting
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing hours
- physical ability to lift and move merchandise
- attention to detail and creativity in merchandising
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
- create seasonal display features to meet customer needs
- ensure merchandise is organized and fully stocked
- assist customers with product inquiries
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the sales floor
- collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- participate in inventory management and stock rotation
