Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- able to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- must comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise
- reliable and punctual
- willing to learn and adapt to retail environment
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or merchandising experience is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lift and move merchandise
- detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic math and reading skills
Job Duties
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- create and maintain seasonal display features
- ensure shelves are stocked and organized
