Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays
- pass background screening and drug test
- physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and stocking
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or merchandising experience advantageous but not required
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lift and move merchandise as required
Job Duties
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- create seasonal display features to meet customer needs
- maintain clean and organized sales environment
- restock products and ensure shelves are well-stocked
- provide customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries
- support merchandising and promotional activities
- adhere to company policies and safety protocols
