Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work part-time hours
- availability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- legally authorized to work in the united states
- meet walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- physically capable of lifting and moving merchandise
- reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience beneficial
- ability to work flexible hours including mid and closing shifts
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- attention to detail in merchandising
- positive attitude and team player
Job Duties
- move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor
- create seasonal display features
- assist customers with product inquiries
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the salesfloor
- support inventory management activities
- participate in team meetings and training sessions
- follow company policies and safety guidelines
