Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work mid-shift and closing hours
- reliable transportation to store location
- willingness to adhere to Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- capability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
- availability to work part-time hours
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or merchandising experience is an asset
- ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to lift and move merchandise
- basic knowledge of inventory management
- teamwork and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
- create seasonal display features
- assist customers by providing product information and locating items
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area
- stock shelves and ensure product availability
- follow safety and cleanliness standards
- collaborate with team members to meet store goals
