Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or merchandising experience is advantageous
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- basic knowledge of merchandising principles
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
- create seasonal display features to meet the needs of customers
- assist customers with product inquiries and locate items
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned department
- stock shelves and ensure proper product rotation
- adhere to company policies and safety standards
- collaborate with team members to enhance store presentation
