Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- meet minimum wage requirements for job location
- willingness to comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting merchandise up to specified limits
- availability for part-time employment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing
- basic math skills
- physical ability to lift and move merchandise
- positive and proactive attitude
Job Duties
- take care of customers
- move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor
- create seasonal display features
- maintain product presentation and stock levels
- assist customers with questions and needs
- support team with inventory management
- ensure compliance with store policies
