Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to lift and move merchandise as required
- available to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- pass Walmart's drug screening
- legal eligibility to work in the US
- able to work part-time hours
- reliable transportation to the Walmart location
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or merchandising experience is a plus
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
- customer service oriented
- able to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- take care of customers
- move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
- create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer
- maintain merchandise displays
- assist customers with product inquiries
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area
- follow safety and company policies
